Shipping and Delivery Times

We use a number of trusted international companies and postal services for delivery. Depending on stock your order will be sent within a few days. Delivery then will take 1-6 days depending on where you are located.
Finland 1 day
Estonia, latvia, Lithuania 2-3 days
Sweden, Denmark, 3-4 days
Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Belgium, Austria, 4-5 days
UK, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, 5-7 days
other European countries 7-9 days

Please note we deliver to countries in Europe (listed on ordering page) not in the EU. However in this case customs may have to be paid by the receiver. This is the responsibility of the those purchasing the product from our webpage. Our prices do not include VAT on purchases outside the EU.

Return Policy

Tonfisk Design customers have a fourteen-day right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation.
The customer has a right to return an item if
a. The order has been cancelled by notifying Tonfisk Design within 14 days of delivery,
b. The item has not been used,
c. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,
d. The item has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
The item must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of damages. We therefore recommend insuring all items.

Breakages

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Please contact us immediately if your purchase arrives damaged or if any item is defective. We will offer either a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to request photos or the return of damaged pieces before refunding.
A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
